1. Who we are
Voisia is operated by WHEELE ACTIVITY SOFTWARE INC (“Voisia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions and privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you use Sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple account identifier and, if Apple makes them available, your name and email address. Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of your personal address.
Your content
We process recordings and imported audio, file names and recording titles, transcripts, speaker labels you review or rename, summaries, action items, and other text you choose to provide. We do not use cross-recording biometric voiceprints in the current version of Voisia.
Purchases and entitlements
We receive purchase and subscription status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, renewal or expiration information, and transcription balance information. Apple processes your payment details; Voisia does not receive your full payment card number.
Device, diagnostics, and usage
We may collect a Voisia user ID, device and installation identifiers, operating system and app version, language, push token, IP address, request metadata, product interactions, crash information, and other diagnostics needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Attribution and advertising data
Where permitted, Voisia may use device identifiers and campaign information to measure how people discover the app and the performance of advertising. On iOS, access to the advertising identifier is requested through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, Voisia does not receive the IDFA through that permission.
3. How we use information
- authenticate you and maintain your account and devices;
- upload, transcribe, organize, summarize, store, play back, search, and export your recordings and results;
- verify subscriptions, purchases, and transcription balances;
- send service notifications about transcription status;
- provide support and respond to requests;
- detect abuse, protect accounts, and maintain service reliability;
- measure product use, diagnose crashes, and improve Voisia;
- measure advertising performance where permitted by your settings and applicable law;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information only as needed to operate Voisia, complete a transaction, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. Providers may include:
- Apple for Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, notifications, and platform services;
- Adapty for subscription entitlement and paywall management;
- DigitalOcean and private object storage providers for application hosting, databases, and encrypted transport to private audio storage;
- ElevenLabs for speech-to-text transcription and speaker diarization after entitlement and balance checks;
- server-side AI providers, which may include OpenRouter or an underlying model provider, to create summaries and action items from transcript text;
- Singular for attribution and advertising measurement;
- Google Firebase or Meta for configured analytics, crash reporting, and advertising measurement. These providers remain inactive when they are not configured.
We may also disclose information in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections, or when required by law.
5. Tracking and privacy choices
You can deny or later change iOS tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can manage notifications in iOS Settings, cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings, delete recordings or retained audio in Voisia, and request account deletion in Voisia Settings.
6. Retention and deletion
Local recordings remain on your device until you remove them or the app removes them as part of a user-requested workflow. Server-side audio may be retained to process and play back a recording until you delete the recording or choose to remove retained audio. Transcripts, summaries, and account records are kept while needed to provide the service.
When you request account deletion in Settings and complete fresh Sign in with Apple reauthentication, Voisia blocks new work, revokes active sessions, and schedules deletion. Full account purge is normally completed within 30 days. Limited billing, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, and legal audit records may be retained for longer where required or permitted by law.
7. Security
We use encrypted network connections, private object storage, access controls, secret management, and operational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International processing
Voisia and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to receive a portable copy of certain information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity.
10. Children
Voisia is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as Voisia changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
