La versione giuridicamente vincolante di questo documento è attualmente fornita in inglese.
Voisia sets marketing cookies only with your consent where consent is required. We do not use website cookies to sell personal information.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. They can keep a website working, remember a choice, or help a service understand how it is used. Similar browser storage technologies may serve related purposes.

2. Cookies Voisia uses

Language preference

When you choose a website language or directly open a localized URL, Voisia may store a first-party cookie named voisia_locale. It remembers that choice for up to one year so future visits can open in the selected language. If the cookie is absent, the website can use the language in the URL or your browser’s Accept-Language setting. Automatically detected language is not saved as a manual choice.

Consent and region preferences

Voisia stores your cookie choice in a first-party cookie named voisia_consent for up to 12 months, so we do not ask again on every visit. A first-party cookie named voisia_region remembers a coarse regional bucket (for example “European rules apply here”) for up to 24 hours so the website can show the consent experience your location requires. It contains no precise location and no identifier.

Strictly necessary service cookies

When you sign in to the Voisia web app, strictly necessary first-party cookies keep your session secure, remember your device registration, and protect sign-in and payment flows against abuse. These cookies are required for the authenticated features you request and are not used for advertising.

3. Marketing cookies

Voisia may use Meta (Facebook) and Google advertising tags to measure whether our advertising works. These tools can set cookies such as Meta’s _fbp or Google Ads conversion cookies. They are used for marketing measurement, not for showing ads on Voisia pages, and they never receive your recordings, transcripts, or summaries.

Voisia may also load the Singular web SDK to attribute visits and subscriptions to the advertising campaign they came from. In our configuration it sets no cookies. It stores a randomly generated device identifier, a session identifier, and pending measurement events in your browser’s local and session storage, under keys containing the word singular (for example global_singular_id). If you are signed in, it also records your Voisia account identifier so a purchase can be matched to the visit that led to it. It never receives your recordings, transcripts, or summaries, and it loads under the same consent rules as the tags above.

Where you see them depends on your region:

  • In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, no marketing cookies are set, and neither the Meta tag nor the Singular SDK loads unless you explicitly choose Accept in the consent banner. If you reject, Google tags may operate only in a cookieless, consent-aware mode that stores nothing on your device.
  • In the United States, we show a notice instead of an opt-in banner. Marketing tags may run after the notice unless you opt out. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing, and you can use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer.
  • Outside those regions, marketing tools load by default where permitted by local law, without a banner. You can opt out at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, and a stored opt-out is honored the same way everywhere.

If the marketing integrations are not configured for a deployment, none of these tags load at all.

4. Third-party services

Meta and Google are the only third parties that may set cookies on Voisia pages, and only under the rules in section 3. Singular is subject to the same rules but uses browser storage instead of cookies. For consented subscription purchases, Voisia additionally sends Meta a server-side purchase confirmation with hashed identifiers, as described in the Privacy Policy; it sets no cookies and follows the same consent rules. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies. Links to external services, such as Apple or support providers, are governed by those services after you leave voisia.xyz.

5. How to control cookies

Where the consent banner applies, you can accept or reject marketing cookies when it appears. Wherever marketing tools can run, the “Cookie settings” link in the footer lets you make or change your choice at any time. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where it applies. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the voisia_locale cookie does not prevent access to Voisia, but the website may not remember your manually selected language; blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the website or web application changes. We will publish the revised version here, change the effective date, and request consent before using non-essential cookies when applicable law requires it. Read the Privacy Policy for information about personal data processing across Voisia.

7. Contact

Questions about website cookies can be sent to [email protected].
