2. Why does a transcript look inaccurate?
Accuracy and speaker separation vary with audio quality, background noise, accents, specialized terms, and overlapping voices. Review important text and rename speaker labels where needed.
3. How do I restore purchases?
Use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen — any upgrade prompt or locked feature opens it. On iOS, make sure the device is signed in to the Apple ID that made the purchase. On Android, sign in to Voisia with the account that made the purchase and make sure the device uses the same Google account.
4. How do I cancel a subscription?
Manage an App Store subscription in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Manage a Google Play subscription in Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Voisia. Manage a subscription purchased on the Voisia website in the Voisia web app (Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
5. How do I delete a recording or audio?
Use the delete controls in Voisia. You can remove a full recording, or remove retained audio while keeping supported transcript information where the app offers that choice.
6. How do I delete my account?
Open Voisia Settings, open your account, and choose Delete account, then confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately: access is revoked at once, and full purge of remaining content is normally completed well within 30 days, except limited records retained where legally required or permitted. For complete in-app steps and an email alternative, see Delete your Voisia account and data.
