1. Tracking permission
Voisia may show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt to measure advertising performance. You can allow or deny the request and change your choice later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The tracking prompt is an iOS feature; Voisia for Android does not show one. On Android, the advertising identifier is controlled by the system settings (Settings → Google → Ads), including Delete advertising ID.
2. Notifications
Manage Voisia notifications in iOS Settings → Notifications → Voisia, or on Android in Settings → Apps → Voisia → Notifications. Notifications are used for service updates such as transcription completion, failure, delay, or quota and billing attention.
3. Recordings and retained audio
Delete a recording from Voisia when you no longer need it. Where available, you can remove retained server audio while keeping supported transcript information such as the transcript and summary.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Manage or cancel an App Store subscription in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Manage or cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Voisia. Manage or cancel a subscription purchased on the Voisia website in the Voisia web app (Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal). If an entitlement is missing in the app, use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen — any upgrade prompt or locked feature opens it.
5. Account deletion
Request deletion in Voisia Settings and confirm the destructive prompt. The account is deleted immediately: access is revoked at once, and full purge of remaining content is normally completed well within 30 days, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, and transaction record retention.
6. Access or privacy request
Email [email protected]. Tell us the request you want to make; we may need to verify your identity before responding.
