Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open Voisia and go to Settings.
- Tap “Delete account”.
- Re-authenticate with the same provider you signed in with (Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google).
- Confirm the deletion.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account. We verify ownership before deleting.
What is deleted
- Your audio recordings and any stored audio
- Transcripts, summaries, and action items
- Speaker labels and recording metadata
- Your profile (name, email) and sign-in identities
- Your devices, sessions, and push notification tokens
Deletion is permanent and is completed within 30 days of your request.
What is retained, and why
We keep a minimal record of subscription and purchase transactions for the period required by law (tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes). Where possible, this record is no longer linked to your identity. See our Privacy Policy: https://voisia.xyz/privacy
Before you delete: cancel your subscription
Deleting your Voisia account does NOT cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play. To stop future charges, cancel it separately in Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Voisia → Cancel.
Delete only some data
You do not have to delete your whole account. In the app you can delete an individual recording (with its audio), or delete only the audio while keeping the transcript.
