1. Agreement
These Terms form an agreement between you and WHEELE ACTIVITY SOFTWARE INC. By using Voisia, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Voisia.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for your account, your devices, and activity performed through them. Voisia currently uses Sign in with Apple for account access.
3. Recording consent
You are responsible for obtaining all notices, permissions, and consents required before recording, uploading, transcribing, or sharing any conversation or content. Recording laws differ by location. Do not use Voisia to record people unlawfully or without required consent.
4. The service
Voisia can record or import audio, create transcripts, separate speakers, generate summaries and action items, search a recording library, and export results. Features may change as the service develops.
Transcripts, speaker labels, summaries, and action items are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate, especially with poor audio, noise, accents, specialized terminology, or overlapping speech. Review important information before relying on it. Voisia is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other advice.
5. Subscriptions and top-ups
Provider-backed transcription requires an active subscription or available transcription balance. Current plans and included hours are displayed before purchase. App Store purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment terms.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, as described by Apple.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Top-up hours are one-time consumable purchases and are used after current-period and rollover allowance under Voisia’s current balance rules.
- Prices, taxes, and local currency amounts are shown by Apple at checkout.
- Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled under Apple’s policies and applicable law.
6. Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Voisia, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Voisia to violate law or another person’s rights; record or monitor people unlawfully; upload malware or harmful content; interfere with security or service operation; reverse engineer the service except where law permits; evade purchase, quota, or access controls; or use the service to create or distribute illegal, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material.
8. Intellectual property
Voisia, its software, branding, design, and service content are owned by WHEELE ACTIVITY SOFTWARE INC or its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Voisia at any time and may request account deletion in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Voisia available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Processing may depend on network access and third-party providers. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will provide notice when required.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voisia is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WHEELE ACTIVITY SOFTWARE INC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from Voisia. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Voisia during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Apple terms
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for Voisia or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the App Store Usage Rules.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version here, change the effective date, and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
